A District Court judge, Thursday, denied the state's motion for a bond increase for the Tulsa Police officer charged with robbery.
Marvin Blades, Jr. is accused of stealing money from Hispanic drivers during traffic stops.
The judge denied the bond increase, but did impose some restrictions on Blades, during his trial.
Blades was ordered to surrender his passport and adhere to a curfew between the hours of 11:30 p.m. and 6 a.m.
Blades will next appear in court on December 19.
