A Union High School senior, who took pictures of another student using the urinal, pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor charges Thursday.

Jonathan DeVito, 18, faced charges of peeping tom and violating the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.

DeVito was arrested after he took a picture of another student using the urinal, and then posted it on Twitter.

The court deferred sentencing until December 2013.

In the meantime, DeVito has to write an apology letter to the victim and perform 60 hours of community service.

Of those hours, 20 must be devoted to speaking out against bullying.
