Tree Stump Brings Tulsa Police Chase To A Stop

Tulsa Police and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol are looking for the driver of a car which crashed into a tree stump near Pine and Harvard early Thursday morning. 

The crash happened just after midnight. 

The OHP says a trooper tried to pull the car over on I-244 and Yale but the driver took off. 

The driver exited I-244 at Harvard before hitting a stump and coming to a quick stop in a yard.  The driver got out ran into the neighborhood. 

No word on whether the driver was injured in the crash.
