Locally Grown: Guthrie Green's Sunday Market Premieres

The Guthrie Green Sunday Market premiered Sunday, September 30 in what promoters dub a "soulful gathering place."

The Farmer's Market includes produce, gardening supplies and many locally-produced items like soap, designer teas and gift products.

In its first year of operation, Guthrie Green's Sunday Market is planned for the last Sunday in September and October from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Stay for live music at the Tulsa Roots Music's Sunday concert starting at 2:30 p.m.

The park features music, food and more each weekend. The Circle Cinema presents movies on Thursday nights, and there have been free yoga and boot camp classes.

The $8 million Guthrie Green is located in the Brady Arts District at Brady and Cincinnati Avenue. It's just across the street from the new Griffin Communications Center, soon to house the News On 6.
