Tulsa Woman Finds Man Dead On Sidewalk While Walking Dog

A Tulsa woman walking her dog found a body under a tree, just yards from the street.

It happened around 2:00 p.m. at Pine and Atlanta in north Tulsa.

The woman discovered the man had no pulse, and then called 911.

Police said the death does not appear suspicious. They believe he was homeless and say alcohol may have been involved.
