Reward Offered For Information About Wagoner County Man's Stolen Guns

A reward is being offered in the theft of dozens of guns in Wagoner County.

The guns were taken in a burglary of a home just South of East Admiral in the Catoosa area on September 10.

Wagoner County Sheriff Bob Colbert said someone broke into a large gun safe and took 40 guns of all types.

The victim is offering a $2,500 reward for information that leads to the guns being returned, and an arrest and conviction in the case.

Colbert said the theft of so many guns is concerning.

"Anytime we lose that many guns to the street it's scary for police officers, and being a police officer, because usually no good comes from that amount of guns being out on the street," Colbert said.
