Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin is in North Carolina in time for the Democratic National Convention.

The governor will spend Tuesday in Charlotte doing some campaign work for Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

The governor won't actually attend the convention, but will be doing interviews to offer a counterpoint to the Democratic message.

The Romney campaign is paying for the trip.

Governor Fallin was featured speaker at the GOP convention last week in Tampa, Florida.
