A man was arrested early Sunday morning after Tulsa County sheriff's deputies found several teens who had been drinking at his home in the 21800 block of West 14th Street
According to their report, deputies went to the home after a neighbor's complaint. They found teens ranging from 15 to 18 years old at the home and a keg of beer "unsecured" in the back yard.
When deputies questioned the man's son, the teen admitted to drinking six beers and said that his father gave the alcohol to him and his friends. Deputies say the boy's mother told them the family was having a party for the teen's 16th birthday.
Tulsa County Sheriff's Office deputies wrote in their report, "it was the parents' responsibility to ensure the safety of the juveniles at their home and that they were not consuming alcoholic beverages."
The teen's father, Jeffrey Luker, 44, who was asleep in the home at the time, was booked into the Tulsa County jail on six complaints of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
He posted bond and is scheduled for a court appearance on August 27, 2012.
Deputies say the teenagers were not cited but released to the custody of their parents.
