An Owasso man who was beaten up in a fight outside a bar Sunday morning was arrested the next day by Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies.
It happened outside the Jack of Clubs bar in the 11900 block of North Garnett.
In a jail report, deputies say Tommy Butts, 42, had spit on a woman so the woman's husband beat him up.
After knocking Butts to the ground several times, the husband placed Butts into Butts' pickup truck. Deputies say Butts started the truck and drove forward, pinning the husband between his pickup and another vehicle.
Tulsa County Sheriff's Office deputies say Butts was then pulled from his truck by another man and was hit and kicked several times, leaving him unconscious.
Both Butts and the husband were taken to a Tulsa hospital.
After deputies interviewed witnesses, they arrested Butts and booked him into the Tulsa County jail on a complaint of assault and battery with a deadly weapon.
He was released after posting a $25,000 bond.
Deputies say two other men involved in the fight, Trevor Cary, 26, and Richard Brown, 31, both of Collinsville were also arrested and booked into jail on complaints of aggravated assault and battery.
Both men posted bond and were released from jail.
