Oreo Cheesecake 'Brownies'

Crushed cookies and cream cheese make for a rich and yummy dessert from the folks at Andolini's Pizza.

10oz of cream cheese
10 Oreo regular cookies
Whipped cream
Decorative additions (Cherries, chocolate sauce, etc.)

Crush cookies (and the cream filling!) into very fine pieces. Blend thoroughly with cream cheese and form into the final shape (slices or round cakes) of the "brownie" you desire and place on serving plates. Can be chilled for several hours before serving, but chilling is not required.

Before serving, add whipped cream topping and decorate with cherries, chocolate sauce or your desired toppings.
