OU President David Boren Endorses Rob Wallace For Senate

A candidate in the race for the Senate seat from Oklahoma's District 2 got an A-list endorsement Wednesday.

Former Senator David Boren is endorsing Democrat Rob Wallace in the race to replace Boren's son, Dan, in Congress.

Wallace will face Wayne Herriman in a runoff election on August 28.

Republicans Markwayne Mullin and George Faught square off the same day.

Dan Boren is Oklahoma's only Democrat in Congress, and isn't running for re-election.

He's said he won't endorse any candidate.
