Semi-Pickup Truck Crash Slows Traffic On Jenks Highway

The driver of a pickup truck was cited by Jenks Police for inattentive driving following a crash on U.S. Highway 75 at the Creek Turnpike Thursday morning.

Police say the pickup truck exited south off the Creek onto 75 and struck the semi tractor's trailer which was parked on the shoulder.

Jenks Police say despite severe damage to the pickup truck, the driver only received minor injuries.

The crash also backup southbound traffic while crews cleaned up the crash scene.
