Broken Arrow Police Arrest Second Man In Auto Burglaries

Broken Arrow Police arrests second man in connection with a rash of vehicle burglaries along the walking trails by the Creek Turnpike. 

Police arrested Kevin Ibarrez, 20, Thursday evening. 

Broken Arrow Police say over the past couple of weeks, thieves have been driving through parking lots next to the trails and burglarizing autos. 

They set up surveillance earlier this month and spotted Ibarrez breaking into a car, but he got back in his car and sped away.  Police chased him but lost him in a Broken Arrow neighborhood.

 Tulsa Police believe Ibarrez may be connected to similar burglaries along Riverside Drive.
