A 44-year-old Porter woman was arrested late Wednesday evening in connection with a fatal crash on state Highway 51-B over the 2011 Thanksgiving Day holiday weekend.
Ernestine Robertson was wanted on three felony counts of first-degree manslaughter and two counts of DUI with a blood alcohol content level of .08 or above, which resulted in bodily injury.
The 7-month delay between the time the incident happened and the actual charges being filed is due to the length of time for lab work to be done and presented to OHP.
Porter Police say Robertson's charges stemmed from a two-car crash in which three passengers in her car were killed in the early-morning hours of November 27, 2011.
Heather Cheatham, Marshall Carter and Robbie Roberson were killed in the crash on highway 51-B and 181st East Avenue.
In addition, officers arrested Robertson on warrants for possession of marijuana, a controlled and dangerous substance and drug paraphernalia.
She appeared before a judge Thursday afternoon at the Wagoner County courthouse. Her bond was set at $505,000.
