Tulsa Police converged in force to an area surrounding the 4900 block of North Boston Place Saturday afternoon.

Officers say several homes were hit by bullets and a 19-year-old man was caught in the crossfire.

Police believe it began with an altercation in front of a house on North Boston Place.  Officers say someone opened fire and bullets hit nearby homes, so someone inside one of the homes returned fire.

Tulsa Police say a teenager was shot in the upper chest.  EMSA took him to a hospital where he was listed in serious condition.

Officers are still trying to sort out all the details as they interview witnesses.
