A man accused of draining the bank account of an elderly woman with dementia has been arrested.
Mark Pace was arrested in Oklahoma City and will be brought back to Rogers County to face charges.
Investigators say Pace, along with his mother Dorothy Allen, pretended to run a home business called "Better Choice for seniors."
Records show they would claim to be using the woman's money for groceries and other necessities, but actually spent nearly $100,000 on items like a Corvette, even though they never gave her the title and knew she couldn't drive.
Allan turned herself in last week and is out on bond.
