A struggle over a woman's cell phone resulted in the woman getting dragged and the suspected robber arrested at Tulsa's Promenade Mall Monday morning.

Tulsa Police say the woman was walking into the mall shortly after 8 a.m. when a car drove up and a woman inside the car jumped out and grabbed the victim's cell phone.

The victim held on and was dragged for a short distance before letting go.

After hearing a description of the car and the robber, a Tulsa Police officer in the 1900 block of South Yale spotted the car and stopped it.

The officer arrested Ranisha Page and found the victim's cell phone in the car. Police also arrested 18-year-old Joshstin Bullock in connection to the strong arm robbery.

Police say the victim was treated for her injuries by EMSA paramedics at the scene.

Page was booked on complaints of robbery by force and fear and resisting arrest.
