Broken Arrow Officer Returns To Duty After DA Declines To Prosecute

A Broken Arrow police officer suspended in January 2012 with pay over a rape allegation has returned to duty.

Police Captain Mark Irwin says the officer was on administrative leave while the Tulsa County Sheriff's Office investigated the allegation against the officer.

He says the Tulsa County District Attorney's office declined to file a charge due to insufficient evidence.

The officer was never arrested.
