It was a hair-raising Oklahoma Moment Thursday afternoon, when a math teacher at Tulsa's McLain High School handed over the scissors to some students who are a "cut above."
Joey Williams allowed her top scoring Algebra One students to cut off 12-inches of her hair.
"There's a couple of goofballs that had the scissors in their hands, and I got a little scared at that point," Williams said. "But thank goodness we had Mrs. Hall there to help guide their cuts."
Williams is donating all that hair to Locks of Love - which provides hair pieces to children undergoing cancer treatment.
