Man Tries To Steal Cash Register From Tulsa's Ike's Chili

Police are looking for a man who broke into Ike's Chili at 5900 E. Admiral Blvd. early Wednesday morning.

About 3 a.m., Tulsa Police arrived to the restaurant and saw a man running off. He dumped a cash register by a nearby business, police said.

The burglar entered Ike's through the drive-thru window and went out the back door, police said.

One officer stepped in a hole, injured his arm and was taken to a nearby hospital to be treated. The cash register was recovered, but the burglar got away.
