Tulsa Couple, Baby Unhurt After Driving Into Gun Battle

Police say a man fired a shot at a car late Wednesday night in West Tulsa with a one-year-old boy inside, but the bullet failed to penetrate the rear door.

Tulsa Police say a husband and wife and their child were looking for a friend at the Riverview Park Apartment complex when they drove into a dispute between several men at about 11:15 p.m.

Police say two men with guns were shooting at a third man, who they say apparently got into the couple's car to try to escape.  Police say one of the gunmen fired at the car but then the gunmen ran away.

No one was injured.

Riverview Park Apartments is located at 23rd and Jackson.
