Muskogee Man Killed On I-35 In Texas

San Marcos Police say a 37-year-old Muskogee man was struck and killed by a vehicle on Interstate 35.

A Muskogee man was killed on Interstate 35 near San Marcos late Friday. Jeremy Daniel Bell, 37, was on foot when he was struck by a vehicle traveling northbound on I-35 at mile marker 205, according to San Marcos Police.

Officers were called to the scene by the driver and other witnesses who stopped. The vehicle was changing lanes when it hit Bell.

The police say no charges are anticipated.

San Marcos Police are continuing their investigation and ask anyone with information about Bell's activities before the collision to contact Sergeant Christopher Tureaud at 512-754-2214.
