An Okmulgee County man was found guilty Wednesday for the death of Glenpool teacher Mary Beth "Penny" Kafer.
A jury found Michael Kafer, 63, guilty on both counts of 2nd degree murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Investigators say Michael Kafer was behind the wheel of a pickup truck that hit and killed Penny Kafer, his sister-in-law, on January 16, 2011, at a home near Henryetta.
Penny Kafer taught at Glenpool Public Schools for 26 years.
The victim's family members wore ribbons with a penny on them as the verdict was read. They said in a statement, "she will live on in all of us."
Formal sentencing is set for May 30, 2012. He could face up to 25 years in prison.
