New Downtown Residential Project Planned For Tulsa

It seems like everywhere you look downtown, something new is being built.

We spotted a sign going up for new townhomes being built at Third and Greenwood. Construction will begin in just a few months, but they're already starting to sell lots.

"What we're offering is the first for-sale residential project in downtown in some decades actually," said Patrick Fox of Urban 8.

The project leaders say this will really give folks the urban living experience without having to sacrifice the comforts of a house.
