East Tulsa Hit-And-Run Driver Sought By Police

Tulsa Police are looking for a man who was involved in a hit-and-run collision in East Tulsa Tuesday morning about 9:30.

Police say a white Ford was traveling North on 129th East Avenue near 31st Street when it crossed the center line and hit an elderly couple.

The driver of the Ford fled the scene on foot, but left his wallet and phone in the vehicle, so police know his identity.

TPD said that the driver of the Ford probably wouldn't have been ticketed, except now they want him because he ran.

The elderly couple were transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
