Portion Of Tulsa's Elgin Avenue Closed For Roundabout Construction

The City of Tulsa has closed Elgin Avenue between East 9th and 10th Streets as part of a project to rebuild an intersection there as a roundabout.

The contractor is currently working to replace waterlines impacted by the construction project.

Elgin Avenue will be closed for about 30 days.

Completion of the roundabout project is scheduled for May or June 2012.
