Tulsa Man Arrested For Trying To Set Person On Fire

A Tulsa man is in jail following his arrest late Thursday night by Tulsa Fire investigators.

Kody Shook, 23, was arrested on complaints of first degree arson and domestic assault stemming from an incident in which he reportedly poured gasoline on someone and attempted to set the person on fire.

The incident occurred in an apartment in the 5800 block of South 80th East Avenue.

Jail records said the victim also showed evidence of being assaulted.

Shook is being held without bond in the Tulsa County jail.
