Tulsa Man Arrested For Entering Woman's Apartment, Exposing Himself

A Tulsa man is in jail, accused of walking into a woman's apartment, looking through her closet and exposing himself.

Tulsa Police identify the suspect as David Weis, 50.  They say the incident happened in an apartment in the 500 block of West 15th Street.

The woman told police she was in the kitchen when she heard someone enter the apartment. 

She said the man walked to her bedroom and looked through her closet, then walked back into her living room and sat down.   She told officers that as he sat down he unzipped his pants and exposed himself "and made sexual references."

The woman ran from her apartment and began yelling for help.   Neighbors heard her shouts, went into the apartment and removed the intruder.  They held the suspect until officers arrived.

Weis was arrested on complaints of first degree burglary and indecent exposure.
