Ingredients:
2 ½ cups Mixed Greens
6 each Artichoke Hearts
1/3 cup Green Beans (blanched,
cooled and sliced)
1/3 cup Carrots (Julienne Cut)
1/3 cup Red Bell Peppers (Julienne Cut)
1 oz Asian Style Vinaigrette
Note: This dressing can be purchased at most specialty markets; look for these types of ingredients for best flavor combination (i.e. Sesame Oil, Lite Soy Sauce, Rice Wine Vinegar, Ginger, Garlic).
1 tsp Toasted Almonds
1 Tbl Sliced Green Onions
½ tsp Sesame Seeds
5 oz Blackened Ahi Tuna
Directions:
Step 1 Mix salad ingredients together and place on large square plate; garnish with Sesame Seeds, Green Onions and Almonds.
Step2 Slice Blackened Ahi Tuna and lay across plate or on top of salad
Serving Size: One Salad
