Injured Tulsa Firefighter Out Of ICU

The Tulsa firefighter who was injured fighting a fire on New Year's Eve was released from the Intensive Care Unit Wednesday.

James O'Neal was nearly killed but brought back to life at the scene of that fire that was intentionally set.

Investigators are now looking into the possibility a part of his breathing apparatus malfunctioned.

O'Neal is off a ventilator and has been able to talk with his family. He is expected to remain in the hospital for several more days.
