Man Wanted In Tulsa And Little Rock On Home Repair Fraud

Police in Little Rock, Arkansas are looking for two brothers who offer services to elderly residents then steal from them.

The pair, Isaac Joles and Dusty Joles is facing similar charges in Oklahoma as well.

Osage and Tulsa counties have arrest warrants out for Dusty Joles.

Joles was convicted in Tulsa County on 7 charges of home repair fraud in October, but failed to pay fines. And he was charged with a similar count in Osage County but disappeared before being arrested.

Little Rock Police say Isaac and Dusty have been seen in a 2009 or newer red Chevrolet Silverado 4-door truck.

Police say they approach elderly citizens at their front door, asking if they need roofing repairs. If not, they'll take their victim to another room, while one of the brothers steals the victim's property.
