ORU Freshman Emma Gade Out For Season

TULSA, Oklahoma -- Oral Roberts freshman guard Emma Gade suffered a torn left ACL and will be out for the season, coach Jerry Finkbeiner said on Friday.

Gade suffered the injury on a play in Thursday night's 89-80 loss to Grambling State at home.

Gade had played in six games this season so far and started two.

She averaged 2.5 points per game and was shooting 45 percent from the field.

The ORU women will travel to Kansas on Wednesday for a 7 p.m. tip time with the Jayhawks.
