UPDATE: An officer with Tulsa Police's Gang Unit says he is not sure if this shooting was gang-related and won't know until they know who the suspects are.

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A gunfight in north Tulsa early Wednesday morning sent a 43-year-old woman to a Tulsa hospital with a bullet wound to the leg.

Tulsa Police say they got call about shots being fired at 3:40 a.m. in the 4100 block of North Frankfort.

Officers found Victoria Batiste in a home with a gunshot wound to the leg.

Police say someone fired rifles into the house from the open land behind the home, so the people inside the home returned fire.

Officers believe 50 to 70 shots were fired at and from the house.

Officers do not have a description of the people who started the gunfight.

If you have any information about the shooting, call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
