TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsan may unknowingly have the gun that killed two Weleetka girls more than three years ago.

The Oklahoma Bureau of Investigation said the Glock .40 model 22 used in the murders may have been sold at a gun show in Tulsa this past March.  The serial number on that gun is EKG463US

On June 8, 2008, 11-year-old Skyla Whitaker and 13-year-old Taylor Paschal Placker were shot and killed about 100 yards from Taylor's rural Okfuskee County home.

Investigators don't believe the person who owns the gun now is responsible for the girls' murders.

The OSBI is offering up to $5,000 for this firearm. If you have information about this gun, please call the OSBI at 1-800-522-8017.
