1/2 cup Samual Adams Boston Lager
1 tsp Bacon, Onion and mustard mixture
3 shakes of tabasco sauce
5 turns of black pepper
2/3 cup Cheddar/ Swiss cheese Blend
1 tsps scallions
Add beer to your fondue pot.
Then add your bacon, onion, and mustard mixture.
Add the Tabasco Sauce and fresh ground black pepper
Stir with a fork for about 30 seconds
Then add the cheese 1/3 at a time mixing thoroughly in between
Use whipping motion to fluff up the cheese
and finally garnish with scallions
