45th Infantry Brigade Sends Gameday Shout Out To Sooners

NORMAN, Oklahoma – A very special group of Sooner fans is sending their support for OU across the miles this gameday.

Members of the 45th Infantry Brigade Combat Team that is based in Norman but is currently deployed and serving in Eastern Afghanistan put together a gameday shout out for the Sooners as they prepare to play Ball State.

Also included in the message, the 45th was very thankful to everyone for their continued support, encouragement, love and prayers.

Even though they are thousands of miles from the game, thanks to technology the troops are able to follow the games and they will surely be watching Saturday.

Oklahoma will kick off against Ball State at 6 p.m.
