TULSA, Oklahoma -- Remember the man whose van was stolen and used as the get-away vehicle in the Neal Sweeney murder?

Marvin Stewart called the police for three years, trying to get his van back, only to learn it had been accidentally sold. He wants the City of Tulsa to reimburse him the NADA value $6,800.
