TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Vice President's visit to Tulsa Tuesday caused many streets and highways to close, including the Broken Arrow Expressway.

The BA was reopened just after 5:30 p.m. -- but traffic is still moving very slowly in mid-town. A NewsOn6.com Producer said it was the worst she has seen traffic on the BA.

Biden is expected to speak at a fundraiser Tuesday evening and then return to Washington. Motorists should expect more closures and delays as the Vice President's motorcade returns to the airport this evening.
