Hydro-Eakly Holds off Calumet in Low-Scoring Affair

CALUMET, Okla. -- Despite a low-scroring affair, fifth-ranked Hydro-Eakly held off Calumet 29-20 in the opening round of the regional tournament.
Neither team scored in the double figures in the first quarter, as the Bobcats led 9-7 heading into the 2nd.
Hydro-Eakly led 16-13 at the end of the first half.
Calumet held the ball for much of the 2nd half, but Hydo was able to hold off the stall in the end.
No player scored in double figures. Hydro-Eakly's Travis Myers led all scorers with 9.
The Bobcats will face Glencoe at 8:00 on Saturday at Stroud.
