MUSTANG, Oklahoma -- After missing ten days of action, Putnam City handed fifth-ranked Mustang a 52-50 loss at the buzzer.
The game between the Broncos and Pirates was originally scheduled for February 1st, but after the blizzard, the teams were able to make it up more than a week later.
Mustang led 20-10 after one quarter and after a Robert Shaw 3-pointer as time expired, the Broncos led 29-18 at half.
But the Pirates battled back in the 2nd half. Dominique Raney connected from behind-the-arc at the buzzer to lift the Pirates to the win.
Mustang falls to 14-3 after coming off one of their most impressive victories of the season, defeating Edmond Santa Fe 59-51.
Mustang will host rival Yukon on Tuesday, while Putnam City will travel to Choctaw.
