TULSA, Oklahoma – There were a lot of battles between top 15 teams on Friday night. But it was one of the games involving an unranked team that kept fans entertained.
No. 13 Jenkswas hosting Sapulpa on Friday night. These two teams played a very defensive game throughout the first three quarters. It was a one point game at the half and a six-point game after three quarters.
But the 4th quarter belonged to Jenks. The Trojans ended the game on a 29-12 run and that was the big reason they picked up the 52-36 win.
Cody Crase led the Trojans with 19 points and Tate Beer chipped in 10 in the win.
Both teams will be back in action on Tuesday night and they’ll both be on the road. Jenks will be playing in Muskogee, while Sapulpa will make the trip up to Owasso.
