Millers get help from OKC Thunder in 35-17 win over Timberwolves.

YUKON, Oklahoma – Yukon got a special pregame introduction on Friday, with Oklahoma City Thunder players leading the team out onto the field and helping with the coin toss. The Thunder held a scrimmage at the high school before the football game.
The Millers continued their impressive start to the season with a 35-17 victory against Norman North on Friday.
Yukon is now 4-1 on the season, with only a surprising 27-point loss against Midwest City the previous week.
The Millers jumped out to a quick 7-0 lead on a 30-yard touchdown from Terry Jones.
Later in the second, Norman North’s Raymond Demby punched in a 1-yard run knotting the game at 14.
After a field goal by the Timberwolves, Yukon’s Kollin Retter converted a 47-yard touchdown pass to put his team up 21-17.
The Millers would lay on two more touchdowns for safe measure in the fourth quarter.
Norman North (1-4) will look to bounce back at home against PC North, while Yukon will take on Lawton Eisenhower at home next week.
