Midwest City's Talent Too Much for Yukon

MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -- The Midwest City Lady Bombers just keep on winning. No.1 Midwest City picked up their 16^th win in-a-row on Saturday, defeating the Yukon Millerettes 63-30. The victory gave the Lady Bombers the Region One Title in 6A.

Midwest City increased their 13-point first quarter lead to 16 points by halftime. Yukon started the second half with a three pointer by Jade Hardy and then struggled the rest of the way. Yukon scored one field goal in the third quarter. The Lady Bombers outscored Yukon 28-4 in the third quarter.

Junior Kaylon Williams topped the Lady Bombers with 18 points, while Laila Suleiman paced the Millerettes with 16 points.

The victory pushed Midwest City’s record to 21-2.
