Flaming Lips To Appear At New Tulsa Outdoor Concert

TULSA, Oklahoma -- A Tulsa radio station is promoting the first "Brady District Block Party" with special guest The Flaming Lips. Z-104.5 The Edge and DCF Concerts will put on the new annual event Saturday, August 6 at Brady Village, Cameron Street and Boulder Avenue.

Tickets are on sale for the live music event that will also feature Primus, Mutemath, Civil Twilight, AWOLNATION, Solid Gold, Particle, That 1 Guy and The Pretty Black Chains.

It's described as an "all ages event." There will be misting tents to beat the heat and medic tents as well, concert organizers say.
