OKMULGEE, Oklahoma -- Okmulgee Police says a woman who had been missing since Saturday, July 16, 2011 has been located.
Police say a caregiver filed a missing persons report on Monday for 21-year-old T'Lisa Baker of Okmulgee.
The caregiver told police she last saw Baker at 5 p.m. on Saturday.
Police say Baker has no vehicle and had not shown up at any of her three jobs.
Police say she has the mental capacity of an 8- to 10-year-old and is on medication.
Okmulgee Police say when officers check her home Thursday morning, she was home.
