Patriotic Party Parfait

Ingredients:

2 cups crushed vanilla wafer cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz pkg of instant vanilla pudding

1 pint of whipped topping

1 pint fresh strawberries

1 cup fresh blueberries

garnish with chocolate and cherries if desired

Directions:

Soften the cream cheese. Prepare the pudding according the the package dir=

ections. Mix the cream cheese with the pudding. Fold in1 cup of the whipp=

ed topping. Use the remaining whipped topping for the top of the parfait.

Place a tablespoon of crushed cookies in the bottom of a parfait glass.

Layer the pudding mixture alternately with the fruit. You may add addition=

al layers of the crushed cookies if desired.

Top off the parfait with whipped topping

Garnish with chocolate, and a cherry if desired

hpick fruit kabobs, too. If you don't have parfait glasses, prepare in an =

8 x 8 square baking dish.
