Tulsa's Admiral Twin To Hold Groundbreaking Ceremony Saturday

TULSA, Oklahoma -- The owner of Tulsa's Admiral Twin drive-in wants Tulsa area movie goers to come out this weekend and be a part of the groundbreaking ceremony to build a new outdoor movie theater.

All you have to do is grab a shovel and be at the site near I-244 and Memorial Saturday, June 11, 2011.

The gates open at 10 a.m. and the ceremony starts at 10:30 a.m.

Nearly 38,000 fans joined a Facebook group to promote rebuilding the landmark which burned to the ground in September 2010.  

Organizers have raised over $33,000 to start building a new theater.
