Salsa Pastor ingredients
1 oz Chiles Guajillo (Seedless)
2 Chiles de Arbol (Seedless)
½ Tbsp. Garlic Powder
½ Tbsp. Salt
1 ½ Cup of Water
1 Boil the water and add chile guajillo. Turn off and let sit for 10 minutes or until soft.
2 Heat chile de arbol on flat grill for 2 minutes, then add to chile guajillo.
3 Place in blender and add all spices. Blend until smooth.
2 LB Pork Meat of your choice (marinade with the salsa pastor)
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
