The Repeating Richetti

Richetti Jones held court at OSU’s weekly news conference Monday. In a span of about five minutes, Jones must have said "It’s all about Kansas this week," or some variation thereof, at least 15 times.

His point could not have been more clear. At the very least HE isn’t looking past the Jayhawks, and you might guess he has plenty of teammates feeling the same way.

Jones and teammate Orie Lemon (the Big 12 defensive player of the week) delivered a passionate pregame locker room speech to teammates in Austin last Saturday, and the confidence gained from a convincing win over Texas should be immesurable. The key to completing the most successful season in modern OSU history will in large part be the Cowboy defense continuing its more physical play while heeding the words of Richetti the Machete.
