TULSA, Oklahoma -- The Tulsa 66ers’ Larry Owens signed a contract with the Washington Wizards Wednesday.

The 10-day contract marked his third this season as the 6-7 forward became the 22nd GATORADE Call-Up this year. Earlier this year, Owens penned two consecutive 1-day contracts with San Antonio, appearing in seven games for the Spurs.

While in Tulsa, Owens saw playing time in 42 games, including 42 starts. He averaged 12.4 points, 5.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.2 steals with the 66ers.

Larry Owens played in the Wizards game against the Pacers Wednesday night, scoring nine points in 17 minutes of play.
